When I first got my phone, I realized there was a defect in it so I returned it to my provider to fix it. After few months, they gave me again my phone. The problem here now is I forgot my BB Id password. So I kept on asking to reset my password for like a hundred times already and it have been also telling me that a password reset email was sent to my email which I haven't receive even once.
