Password Reset

When I first got my phone, I realized there was a defect in it so I returned it to my provider to fix it. After few months, they gave me again my phone. The problem here now is I forgot my BB Id password. So I kept on asking to reset my password for like a hundred times already and it have been also telling me that a password reset email was sent to my email which I haven't receive even once.

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

For security reasons, those password reset emails are not sent to the device itself. Hence, you need other access (e.g., webmail) to that email account so as to receive and process the password reset. If you registered a hosted (e.g., @BB, @carrier, etc.) email account to your BB ID, then you need to initiate a forwarding rule in your BIS configuration and forward the password reset email to an account you can access from other than the BB.
