As above really. Not done anything to it i.e water damage or dropped it. Just started today and has done it about ten times now. Kinda getting annoying, any help much appreciated
The first test I would suggest would be to try a different battery. If that does not correct your issue then we can try to reload the software on the BlackBerry® smartphone to make sure it is running the latest version and there are no issues with the OS.
