Phone Troubleshoot

My younger tried to unlock my Blackberry 8520 but he failed, but he flushed my Blackberry Device. Then when it turned on in a day I was not able to make or receive Calls and SMS. Anyone who can help me, PLEASE help

Re: Phone Troubleshoot

So, he "wiped" the device.

Remove the SIM card (and battery) and replace it. Reboot.

What happens now?

Go to options > BlackBerryId and log in your ID account again.

Re: Phone Troubleshoot

Thanks for your help. But the solution didn't help because when I try to make Calls or Sms the phone replies “Supplementary Service Error: General Error”. Please Help

Re: Phone Troubleshoot

Ok. You didn't tell us that previously.

Do this: remove and reinsert your sim and see if the error continues.
If it does, insert your sim in another phone and check the airtime and put it back into your phone.

You also have not told us, but is this prepaid SIM card?

Re: Phone Troubleshoot

I'm using a prepaid Sim Card. I did remove the Sim Card and I've inserted it on another phone, and I did check the airtime and I've replaced it on my Blackberry. The problem persists its still replying: “Supplementary Service Error: General Error”
