Hi, two days ago my Blackberry Curve ran out of charge and won't back come on. When I charge it, the phone lights up indicating that power is going through, but it just wont come back on. A minor and unrelated problem is that when it was still working, I could not download Whatsapp. Please assist if you have an idea what might be happening. The device never fell down

The results of this will indicate if it's your BB or your battery that has the problem.
Good luck and let us know!

We might need must a bit more detail than that in order to try and help. For instance, what exactly do you try? What exactly happens? Any error messages?
