Phone won't turn on

Basically....

 

I started updating a software onto my phone, and it took literally 2 hours to update, and still wasn't completed.

So I unplugged my USB from my Laptop,

I then turned my Blackberry on.

And it's not taken me onto my actual home screen, it's just saying it's loading. And then comes up with an error saying ''Reset'' ... I then reset my phone, and it does the same, continuously.

I've taken my battery out, countless times.

 

Can anybody tell me the problem, and the solution please??

I have almost the same problem. The phone eventually shows a 'app 200' error and reset. When I reset the cycle just continues. What can I do? Does anybody have the answer?

Try taking your battery out for quite a while and leaving it out so your battery is completely dead. Then let your phone charge all day/night. See what the outcome is? This has happened to me before. Hope it works:smileyhappy:
