Please can somebody advise/help?
I have just acquired a new blackberry curve 9300, and have taken my media card ( containing some lovely family pictures,) out of my old phone and put it in my new blackberry. The pictures are in the file section of my phone along with my videos, which are wonderfully viewable, but not the photos.
When I try to view a picture, they are too large to view, it is as if I am on permanent zoom in.
Unfortunately I am unable to change this, there does not appear to be the option to do so.
How can I get the pictures to a normal valuable size?

Hi susanna2nsude
Did you take the photos with your old BlackBerry® smartphone? Do the photos appear in full but distorted or do they appear as though its focused into one spot?
Thanks

Hello.
Unfortunatly I did not have a blackberry when I took these pics, I used another phone and stored them on my media card. It looks like I will have to try to down load the files onto my computer, then maybe I can change the resolution there.
The pictures are looking like they are focused in one place, just as you sudgested.

Yes, because they were taken with a non-BlackBerry® device, it is likely a problem with the file format and/or resolution. Transferring them to your computer, then back to your BlackBerry®, may fix the issue.
Thanks
