You have two option basically
1- Open Blackberry Desktop Manager, connect the device to the pc, when the desktop Manager read the device, open Media, and you can move the files between memory device to memory card.
2- Do not open the Desktop Manager, connect the device to the pc, open windows explorer, and you can see two more drives, one is the device, and the another one is the memory card. move the files.,
