Pictures removed

I have tried sending pictures from my computer to my phone (VErizon) and it says attachment removed.  I get pictures sent to my phone via MMS.  Does anyone know why the "attachment removed" happens andis there anything i can do!? Thanks!

Re: Pictures removed

HI,

Do you have a media card? There is an alternate method to transfer if you do. Please let me know.

I would suspect the attachment is too large, that is why it's being stripped.

Would you please let me know the extension of the picture (jpeg bmp ect) and the size?

Also a small test, try to email your self the picture and see if you get the same result.

Thanks

Re: Pictures removed

Is there a reason why you don't just use a sync cable and move it from the PC to the phone using media manager???

Re: Pictures removed

Thats a great idea about the sync cable!~ Did not even think about that. Just saw "attached removed" and was wondering why it would remove it! thanks so much!

Re: Pictures removed

Hello again and thanks for your help. Like I said, I am a brand new (not even a month old) blackberrian! It is a .jpg file and says 41.4kb.  Does that make sense?
