Pictures

For some reason my pictures started going into my phone memory instead of my memory card. My card is not full and I did not change any settings, it just happened. No one can figure out why or how to fix it.

Re: Pictures

Open your camera > Menu key > Options > scroll to bottom and set the default SAVE TO selection to the media card.

Re: Pictures

I have done all of that. I have talked to BB 5 times, in fact I am on the phone wiyh them as we speak. They are idiots, they insist I have changed settings etc. This happened by itself. One min. they were going to the memory card and the next picture started going to the device.

Re: Pictures

Ok, at that setting, when you do that, WHERE is the default setting set to save?

and can you change it to the media card?

and it keeps changing back automatically on its own?

Re: Pictures

It is on media card and stays there. I have talked to 6 blackberry reps. and they all tell me to do the same thing with the same results, none.

Re: Pictures

No there not I have 2 sets of pictures, the camera pictures on the phone and the picture library on the media card. I  can't even sennd some of the pics. on tne camera unless I move them over to the media card. Before the day it happened all of my pictures were going to the media card, Then in 1 day and with 1 picture it changed. I had done nothing to the phone in fact we had family over so I had the phone in  my hand taking pictures. Someone said let me see that one and that's when I noticed they were going to the phone.

Re: Pictures

I don't know how many more ways to say this, they are saving in 2 separate files. It just started doing it. I have to transfer them to my media card to be able to even send 1.

I don't understand that sentence... when you take a picture, does it now save TWICE, in two separate files?

PLEASE do this, in your camera options > make sure the setting for DEFAULT saving the picture is set to the proper Media Card folder... and then take a picture.

Where dos THIS picture save to?
