Re: Pin

Hi and Welcome to the Forums!

"PIN for messenger"? Can you clarify that? There are multiple interpretations of what PIN means...the predominant one being the PIN identifier for your BB...a unique number in the world that specifically identifies your BB to the various networks. (This is as opposed to a PIN as in some sort of password to enter.)

You can find your BB device PIN in:

  • Homescreen > Options > Status

That PIN is what you would give to others that you wish to communicate with via BB Messenger (assuming that's the Messenger app that you are asking about).

Good luck and let us know!

Re: Pin

In which case the method I gave you above is what you need. Provide your PIN to the other person. They as well can provide you their PIN. Then you each can create each other as Contacts in your BBM. After which you will be able to use BBM to message each other.

Cheers!
