Hi BlackBerry Support Community! 

Just last night, Nov. 28, 2012 when i was on my way home, i was listening to my saved music files up until i got home.  as far as i can remember, when i closed the music application, in my glance, my Blackberry 9220 was shut off!

What i did was:

1. Re-insert my battery for twice or thrice for 2-3minutes.

2. Connect my phone to the wall charger for 5minutes.

3. Connect my phone to the PC USB port for another 5 mins.

....but sadly, it didn't worked out. What do I have to do now? Please help. Thank you!

Welcome to BlackBerry Support Forums

It might be possible that your Battery has completely drained , You may need to charge the battery for around 4 to 5 hrs on a wall charger or if you can arrange a good fully charge BlackBerry battery and try it on your device to see if that works.

Thanks! But i also tried the 4h15m charging time but it didn't work too.

Hi cielove

                    If that does not help then you may have to try with another Fully charged BlackBerry battery Battery to see if the problem is within the Device or its the battery.
