Please help!! My daughter is on 9 of 10 tries.

Please help!  My daughter is now on 9/10 tries to get into her 9320, some girls at school changed her password without her knowing,, last time we lost all contacts etc.

Anything I can do??

There is nothing one can do other than just simply get the password entered correctly.

If someone jokingly changed her password and didn't tell her, or won't tell her the correct password, you need to ask them seriously what the password is, or get their parents or school officials involved.

 

This is no different than if they put a new combination lock on her personal school locker., in effect destructive behavior and the school and parents should be involved.

 

But no, there is no reset or backdoor to the password. It is what it is.

 

Hopefully she has a recent backup made using the PC Desktop Software or is running BlackBerry Protect which wirelessly backs up the personal data.

Thanks, its a nightmare! Whish we hadn't bought it for her now, this happened at a sleepover about 4 months ago, luckily at the time we did backup the information, however I have no idea what I need to do to retrieve the info! Not very technical!!

To restore the old data from a previous backup:

 

Connect the BlackBerry to the PC via the USB cable and run the Desktop Software.

Once it connects and show the device connected, click on Device > Restore.
