Please help! having problems with my signal on a blackberry curve 9300

hi, im having problems with my blackberry curve 9300, about 4 weeks ago the signal suddenly just started to drop to sos only, it takes ages for it to return and then does it repeated through the day, it cuts me off when on phone calls and is very annoying. called tesco mobile and there are no problems in the area. its definately something to do with my phone. tried to go on advanced settings and host routing table and then register now and it does return but then does the same later. Any advice would be greatly apprechiated

Welcome to the forums. 

 

Sorry to hear about your issue. I would suggest you contact your mobile network provider again and ask to test with a different SIM card.  If you are having the same issue with a different SIM card then I would suggest doing a software reload. 

 

Doing the reload on the BlackBerry® smartphone will make sure it is running the latest version of software and that there are no issues with the OS.

Once you have backed up your BlackBerry smartphone please follow the link below to complete a clean reload of the BlackBerry smartphone software.
