Please someone out there help me out service provider and blackberry yahoo

Ok last ditch attempt at some help!

I have a 8320 curve on Orange UK. Orange UK supplied my phone with a blackberry data account. so I have full data access however I have a problem and they are now telling me that they no longer put me through to Blackberry help anymore. This problem is that I cannot send pictures or sound clips via yahoo messenger or msn messenger. It should be in in the menu but isnt and i know it should be there as i have several friends who have the same phone and they have it. Since I cant call Blackberry and Orange wont put me through to them I came here. a month and a half and im still no where.

Eternally optomistic for an answer

Have you tried uninstalling messenger and reinstalling it?

Thanks for replying.

Yes i have done all the usual things. Its something ive never had so it seems to me that perhaps I dont have a certain part of the software or maybe a service book which allows this function. I just dont know what one or where i need to turn.

I have found what is missing in mine.

Please click on the link below

It shows what should happen. On the list it shows send file I dont have that. Just need to know how to make it SO!
