I want to change my e-mail on my Blackberry, but when I select Email configuration, the following message pops out:
"Your device had a problem connecting to the server". I select "retry", but the same message returns, again and again. What should I do to change my e-mail configuration?
p.s: I am connected to the internet with Blackberry service.

Hi and Welcome to the Community!!
I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2 each should result in a message coming to your BB...please wait for that before proceeding to the next step):
1) Register HRT
2) Delete and Resend Service Books
3) Batt Pull Reboot
Hopefully that will get things going again for you! If not, then you can try your carriers BIS configuration site, from a PC/Browser, if they so have one...here is a partial list:

Otherwise, you should contact your mobile service provider for formal support.
