Problem synchronizing tasks

User is working on a Curve 8900 (but also had this issue with the 8820)

Our BB system is run from BES on a seperate server.

User creates a task on his BB

User arrives in the office, opens Outlook and 7/10 the task has not appeared.

 

How can this happen with such irregularity?

User adds a date to the task

User saves the task

 

Could this be user error and not the software/hardware?

 

any advice would be great, thank you
