Hello RE09

Welcome to BlackBerry Support Forums

What problem you're having ?

On your post you never mentioned anything about the problem you're having with your device.

If problem repeating even after replacing the motherboard and your device is still new then you should ask your service provider to replace that unit.

Re: Problem with Curve 9320

Thank you for reply

The problems are that the device closes by itself, writes an application error and stops working suddenly, it is always giving a busy sign

The maintenance center mentioned that I can not replace the device depsite of all if this

I reside in Egypt and the maintenance here is handled by a company called Delta

Please advise?

Re: Problem with Curve 9320

Hello RE09

All warranty and replacements are controlled by respective Carrier or Service provider . If you're having constant and repeating issues with your device then you have to convince your Carrier or Service provider about this issue. If your device is still under warranty you can insist on replacement .

Thank you for your reply

Does this mean I should go to my service provider even though I didn't buy it from them?

The warranty doesn't have any liability on the service provider?

Hi there,

By Service provider I mean the one who is responsible for all warranty related issue , if you got your device from Mobinil then you must contact Mobinil for all replacement options Or you should contact the Original point of sale they will transfer the case to concern authority or Original vendor.
