Problem with MSN Messenger

I am not able to use the MSN Messenger on my 8320 BlackBerry.

It is always Showing this massage:

Connection Error (65): Problem receiving data from the server.

I will very thankful if anyone can provide me with some information regarding this issue.

thanks,

Marc

Re: Problem with MSN Messenger

According to BlackBerry Knowledge Base Connection error 65 occurs if your device is not been provisioned for Messenger service. Have you successfully downloaded the applications? Try after having a soft reset (pulling out the battery for 30secs.).

Re: Problem with MSN Messenger

ive been gettin the same error message.  its making me crazyyy.  ive had a replacement phone a new sim and no luck.  but now that ive been reading into msn n rim are having some differences.  so theres really no way around it until they kiss and make up.  it has nothing to do with how youve installed it or provisioning.  if anyone has found any answer since id appreciate knowing its the messenger i use most to communicate with everyone.  thanks a million

Re: Problem with MSN Messenger

Hi,

Is there a reason that you are staying with MSN versus windows live messenger?

Thanks
