I have had a blackberry curve 9300. I have a internet on my invoice, but I cannot log on to internet.
I receive the following message:
"Your device does not currently have any browser configuration service book entries. Please contact your service provider to enable the browser on your device".
I have contacted the provider, they cannot help me since for them internet has been activated.
Can somebody help me please and tell me step by step what to do?

Please call free.fr and inquire if your data plan is the BlackBerry Data Plan.

I asked to inquire if you have THE BlackBerry data plan... not just "internet".

On your Manage Connections screen, click on the Services Status.
What is the status of the BlackBerry Internet Service?

i am encountering problems with connecting to the blackberry servers even though my wifi connectivity is displayed perfectly.
The problem has started since yesterday.
Although i am able to surf the net with my fone but i am unable to connect to blackberry appworld as it requires connection to servers.!
