Problems with BBM 7.0.1.16

I've a BB Curve 9360 with OS 7.7.1.0.714 (2039).

 

Earlier today loaded BBM 7.0.1.16. The installation was fine & I loaded the Keycode received on my e-mail. However, on initiating BBM, the message received was as follows "Cannot Set Up BBM: A temporary BBM server error has occurred - RETRY". What is the problem? What is the solution for the same? Just for info, I've rebooted & hard rebooted the handset and still no solution. Can someone please reply with a solution.

Welcome to BlackBerry Support Forums

 

First, As you had loaded a beta version  you can get all support on Beta Zone ,

 

Secondly from your profile I assume you are in India, So BBM 7 is currently not available in India even  the Beta version, it will not allow you or will recieve error while downloading.

 

So currently the best Workaround is to Download BBM6.2 , If your country is not in supported Country list.

I have a problem with my bbm

when i open it a blue screen appear , so i can't open it

i restarted the bb for several times but nothing happened .

Help me please to solve my problem .

On your Homescreen Go to Manage Connection > Service Status > BlackBerry Internet Services = what is the status ?
