Problems with a specific BBM contact

Hi 

I need help with a problem that I'm having with my BB, I got a my bbm contact and when Im trying to send her a message it won't go thru , I mean, it doesn't show any X  red or D for deliver or R, I only got a check symbol, this happen very often, I tried reset the device, I tried to take the battery out and wait for a couple of second and I have also tried to delete the contact and added it again. I don't  know what else to do .... 

If somebody know how to fix the problem please comment,

Hi Frank152,

 

Getting a check mark when sending a BBM™ message, indicates that your BlackBerry® smartphone has successfully sent the message. You will not receive a D until the receiving BlackBerry® smartphone confirms delivery of the message.  Have you confirmed with your contact, by other means, that her BBM™ is working?

Yes I have confirmed that, actually it seems that she is only getting that problem with me , other contacts are working fine,the weird thing is that I can use whatsapp with her without any problems. Thanks for answer.

What happens when she tries to send you a message? Does she see a Red X or a Check Mark?
