Problems with connecting to Wireless using BB 9360

Hi,

 

We have problems with BB 9360 connecting to our office wireless. The certificate is working on all other blackberry models like Curve 8520, BB 9900 & BB 9810 Torch except for the model 9360. Following error is displayed: “Failed to authenticate against the network” while trying to connect to the network. Kindly advise.

Welcome to the forums. 

 

This is a previously reported issue that is being investigated by the RIM development team. No resolution time frame is currently available.  Keep an eye on the below article for updates.
