Dear team support

I have a problem with my blackberry messenger I uninstall it and I make restart and take out the battery but when I go to the blackberry store and I do to reinstall the blackberry messenger but the problem that I can't reinstall because they say that its install :smileysad:

I told you that I do all the solution like take out the battery but still the same I need the website that its download direct from the blackberry browser
