I have downloaded and installed 7.0 Desktop Software. Verizon is my carrier and I have the current software version for my phone. I am now not able to use my Home, Car or USB chargers. It also does not find my phone. So in the long term of it all I am not able to sync my contacts and calendar.
Does anyone know what the problem is and how I can fix it?

So, you're saying no charger will charge the device and no USB cable will show your 8330 as connected to the PC.
Did this work correctly in the past for you, or never has?

The phone worked fine before on all of the charging options available.

Did this ONLY begin with you downloaded and installed Desktop Software v7?
It worked OK on v6?
Can you downgrade the Desktop Software back to 6? (unistall 7, reinstall 6).
It could be that your USB port on the device has gone bad.
It could be that your USB cable is bad (do you have another, or is your wall outlet charging cable a different cable)?
Can you get a different Mini USB cable to connect to your PC and see if that is the solution.
I ask, because these are cheap ways to troubleshoot, and replacing the USB port ON the BlackBerry is not cheap, nor easy.

It does charge with a new car charger I bought after I was having problems with all the others. So it is not the mini plug.
I also find it hard to beleive that all of my options changed at once. I have not tried to download an older version of the Desktop Manager.
I have also looked for an older version on the Blackberry website but I keep getting redirected to version 7.0.
