Hi, about two weeks ago I started having problems with my internet. I can't load pages and if it does its really slow. When I try to download it just says error after a while.
I phoned my service provider, MTN, but they said a lot of people are having trouble like this and that its a poblem on blackbery's side that they are working on. Its really frustrating not being able to download etc...can someone please assist? I have tried a battery pull it doesn't work, and my BIS is connected its just the internet that doesn't work!

if many people are having the same problem, its more likely to be your carrier than RIM's. have you tried updating your device software?

Its been up to date since I got my phone in june I check regularly

I've noticed in the past month many MTN users reporting this.

That's a problem on MTN, not RIM's network.

• Try opening your browser > press the Menu key > Options
• Scroll down to Cache Operations and clear the browser cache and history.
• Do a simple reboot on the BlackBerry in this manner: With the BlackBerry device POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to reboot.
• Now, after reboot try using the browser again and see if there is any difference.

There is no difference, al my friend with blackberry's are having this problem not just the mtn ones

I have exactly the same problem with my 9320 on MTN - download speed has dropped from more than 100kbs to less than 1kbs and 99% of downloads are now unsuccessful, showing "ERROR" - it's most frustrating!!
