Provisioning Status

Blackberry 8530 (CDMA, Wi-Fi).
Everytime restart the device, after security system finish loading, in the home screen its show.
Provisioning Status.
Contacting the wireless network...
It takes about 15 minutes, then its show.
Your device could not be registered with the wireless network. Contact your wireless service provider.
