I bought a BB 8310 on Ebay recently and I think it'll be great for my home and work email. I have yet to set it up for work and I'm sure our IT person will help with some issues. Before I get the MS Exchange set up for work, I'd really like to purge all this AT&T software on it that came with it and replace it with BB original software. I've searched the this BB website support up and down and don't see this issue anywhere. Has this been done before? Any help would be great.

Download and install the latest OS available from your provider. Get the link from here:
If that doesn't get rid of it, you'll have to completely wipe the OS from your device with JL_Cmder, then load your provider's OS. Get JL_Cmder here:

Tried it numerous times and it came up with an error message about "line 1".
Both the new software from the provider and that file.
FYI - I have Vista.
Any others have suggestions?
