[Q] un-suspend blackberry curve

hi there im newbee in this forum, i wanna ask the support team about my suspend blackberry.

i have 8530 and 9330 that i just brought from a friend of mine.

when i register the BIS package to my operators the icon is 1XEV not 1xev, but when i invite pin someone it almost like forever to wait connect.

someone tells me that my blackberry has suspend and will not connect to BIS, so i've check to operators website http://******.blackberry.com i put pin and meid to new register and a popup comes says that my blackberry hasbeen suspend.

how do i un-suspend my blackberry? do i have conntact my operators or RIM.

if i have to conntact RIM to who? by phone or email or?

but if my operators cant help, my blackberry can only calls and sms?
so the question is suspended blackberry pins only local operators can un-suspend?
and RIMs?

Contact the wireless service provider to first confirm that the BlackBerry Internet Service account which is being accessed belongs to the user of the BlackBerry smartphone. If it is the correct BlackBerry Internet Service account, the carrier representative can manually switch the BlackBerry Internet Service account status from suspended to active.
