Questions

Hello,


I just recently got my new Blackberry Curve and I have a couple of questions if anyone can help. First, is pretty simple, I can't figure out how to turn the phone on silent? 

 

Second question is that when I send an email from the phone it says, "This has been sent from my Verizon Wireless Blackberry," is there anyway to remove that message on outgoing emails.

Welcome to BlackBerry Community!

 

For turning the device to silent just press the volume key while you receive any call. For permanent silnce mode go profiles -> select Quite.

 

For removing the signature log on to your carrier's BIS site. Once logged in then

  1. go to Email Accounts under Settings menu on the left
  2. under each Valid Email Account you'll find your desired mail ID
  3. click on Edit button
  4. go to signature
  5. change/type in your message

 For knowing the your carrier's BIS site you may call your support service or you can let me know you carrier and county name.

For removing the "Sent by Blackberry" at the end of emails, is there anyway to do it through the phone?

Hi, would you be able to tell me what my BIS site is for AT&T in the USA?  I want to remove that signature or change it, too.
