Reboot Blackberry

Hi There.

I Know there is many questions on the web about how to reboot a blackberry with out removing the battery.

i know about pressing and holding the power button (red button) and select "full power off" but that to me is not the same as taking the battery out.

So.... Is there a way to reboot my 9360 without removing the battery?

and without downloading "quickpull" cause thats not a nice App. it just makes my phone slower after using it.

Please Help....

Kind Regards

There are several methods of rebooting a BB. As you have discovered, they do not all perform quite the same thing. The cleanest method IMHO is the Batt-pull method (with power ON, btw...some folks shut their BB down first and then pull the battery...this is not as clean as doing so with power ON).

QuickPull attempts to simulate a Batt-pull, but has drawbacks as you have found. There are others apps as well that make the same attempt, but I honestly gave up on all of them...the time it takes to pop the back cover, pull and reinsert the battery, and replace the back cover is about the same time it would take me to navigate to an app and get it to perform it's simulated Batt-pull.
