Receiving spam messages

Hello,

i'm receiving the same message from this PIN 2A3E972B since this morning. The message is the same always and I have received it like 5,000 times!!! This is smartphone virus?  How I can fix this problem?

thank you very much!

Re: Receiving spam messages

Try a battery pull, if that doesn't work reload your OS.
If that doesn't work get support from @BlackBerryHelp on twitter!

Daniel, it is not a virus. It's just spam.

On your BlackBerry, set a firewall to block PIN messages from users you do not have set in your Address Book.

Options > Security > Firewall.

Ignore this above ^  This is a pile of poop answer. Reloading an OS won't block spam or persistent senders.

Neither will directing the user to @BlackBerryHelp
