Recieved an email stating Action required: update password

Basicly I recieved an email stating to update my passowrd for my hotmail accout which I have linked to my Black Berry.  It states to resume recieving email messages from this email address, update the password.

 

I'm following the instructions but its not working and I am frustrated!

 

Any help would be appreciated!
