I recently purchased a Blackberry curve 9320 for £130 1-2 months ago, I charged it using a standard charger
as it saved me from plugging in my usb cable in & out every time - for one i am not sure why such a low quality charger
was even supplied :/ , Anyways I put my BB on charge whilst the phone was closed, in my mains switch socket, whilst
on my laptop i all of a sudden heard a loud explosion, I rushed to check it i closed the blackberry switch, found it was the BB
charger which had exploded a vile smell came from the charger and the usb cable with both black marks around them, if i did not
turn this switch off immediately it could have leaded to a fire, then i phoned BB customer service and was taken by someone named
eline/elane she stated her name to quickly she went onto ask me for my name and i stated it and then she wrote it down and as we were
speaking she turned the phone off or it got cut off, so for that reason I am resulting into contacting here, I would like to know
what can be done about this? What will be done about this charger which could have potentially put my whole house on fire moreover
after this event my switch has stopped working, note I also had a laptop charger plugged in which had not exploded.
