Reinstall Original OS

Hey, this is my first post as well, I'm a noobie to all things BB.

 

Just wondering how to reinstall my Curve 8330 (Telus) OS software. I have already downloaded the original OS from the telus/blackberry download page.

i can't find the " view other versions" it doesn't appear on the screen... what can i do?

My device is curve 8530, I have zipped log files of app world and its made some error that I can't run downloaded apps. Even I has unzipped its still same error.
So what I suppose to do, what I should to re install my os?
