Reinstalling BBM

Here goes; I had BBM and then my display picture wouldn't change so I went and got help from lots of sites, it said delete BBM and then reinstall it so that is just what I did. It was fine. It says 'restoring BBM' so I was thinking 'thats fine, nothing is unatural about that' but now it has stayed like that for about 4 hours. What should I do?

Hello sapphirelovex,

 

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community.

When you reinstalled BBM did you install the same version that you had previously? Can you please check and let me know what version of BBM you have installed? You can check this in Options > Device > Application Management.

It has been like this for 3 days almost!! I downloaded the same version-7.0.0.126, do you think u can help?
