Restore Factory Settings Curve9300

I have just received an upgrade of my company phone and would like to pass my 9300 Curve to my wife to use. Unfortunately the e-mail set up was via Enterprise Server and will not allow me to set up e-mail for her to use normally, can anyone help to restore factory settings or change so this can be done

Thanks
