I want my SMS & MMS messages sent and received displayed in order, showing the latest one on top.  Right now they are coming in all over the place.  How can this be fixed?

Check in your General options in he messages options.

It is always helpful to receive help, to include your exact BlackBerry device model # and carrier name, so that when you have a question, that information won't need to be asked up front. Also, stating your device Operating System version is normally another common question, found on your BlackBerry at Options > About, third line down, looks like "v4.x.x.xxx"

General options??? where is that??? I have one icon for sms and mms and another icon for messages (emails).  Messages are ok, its the sms that are all out of order

I guess I should start by asking this.  Do you want your SMS and MMS and Email messages seperate, or all coming into the same box?

Hi Soyagi,

I had a similar problem and I was looking for a answer for my BB 9700 bold.  I just now fixed my problem and this might interest you. 

Try this setting:

In your BB Options -> SMS text -> Data Coding:

Select the UCS2 option and Save

In my case it fixed the problem and I think it was due to the fact that my friend's mobile is from europe on a different time zone.

I'm having same problem currently, all sms messages I send are grouped together, and all received are below all I have sent, not in order as if it were a flowing typed conversation. I'm on the BB Bold 9900. Any suggestions to fix this? I tried the options data encoding, this did nothing.
