SMS without the names, only numbers

I am BlackBerry new user, I bought Curve 8520
I have received SMS from my friends in the same country
Details of SMS shows phone number only, without the sender's name
Because the phone numbers which are saved in the phone memory without country code
What is the solution to this problem?

I'm also using the BlackBerry Curve 8520 and I have the same exact problem!

My mom has the same phone and we both don't how it can be fixed... Pls help :smileyhappy:
