Hello, i'm new to this fourm and i just need this awnsered.
On the 7th of April i put on £10 Top-up credit on to my phone. When i do this i get 400 free texts and 100MB of Internet for a month and i get my BBM to use as well.
Now since yesterday i get no connection to my internet what so ever and its really starting to get annoying. I go to my phone funds and it says i have 100mb of internet for a month so thats fine, but when i got on Manage Connections > Services Status. It says Moblie Voice = Available and Connection Mobile Network.
Now it says my blackberry internet services: not connected and the Enterprise server *which i don't know what that is*
and it also says my mobile network is GSM?
I've done the pull out battery and i've taken the sim out as well but nothing is making it go back to normal.
I would love if you can solve this issue i am having thanks
