School email is not pushed to my BB

I bought a new blackberry 8310 from AT&T last week. However, there is a problem about receiving my school email. BB does not get my school email around 6 hours later. My gmail and yahoo accounts work fine. Another thing is that when I use IE to login or outlook express to access my school email account in any computer, even iphone, I can get email from BB immediately. I tried to wipe the phone, delete and add email account both through curve and my laptop. Nothing works. I checked BIS advance setting of my school IMAP server. It is right.

 

I called my school tech support and they have no idea. They also told me that there is no one reporting this kind problem to them.

 

Does anyone have any idea? Thanks!
