Sending pics/SMS text

How do you send a pic by text message...I only see send as email or send to Messenger Contact on the menu.

Sending pics through SMS is not possible. Pictures can only be send using Multimedia Messaging Services (MMS). For some carrier this doesn't include in BlackBerry or unlimited data plan. Cehck with your carrier for getting access to MMS service.

You can send picture mail via email on you Blackberry that will send to a friend through text messaging.

If your carrier is through Sprint try this.

Go under compose email...type in 10 digit phone number...then add @pm..(for picture mail) .sprint.com

It should look like this...3172223333@pm.sprint.com

then attach file and send.

 

If you have another carrier other than Sprint I'm not sure if it will work.
