Service Book missing

Hi everyone, I do a hard reset or delete my device (Curve 8320) and the phone missing or delete several service book, I compare with other Curve 8320 and missing a lot of book services. What can I do to fix it? I have a problem to connect to Facebook, Google Maps, others. Is it possible that is the problem?  Service book missing? Do I have to call my carrier (Movistar Venezuela)?

 

List of current service book:

WPTCP,BrowserConfig,WAPPushConfig,WPTCP,WPTCP,BrowserConfig,MMS

 

List of service book on other 8320:

YHO,BBIMConfig,BBIMConfig,BBIM,BBIM,BBIMConfig,CMIME,CICAL,

CMIME,CICAL,KEYNEGO,KEYNEGO,WPTCP,BrowserConfig,WAPPushConfig,WPTCP,WPTCP,

BrowserConfig,MMS,IPPP,BrowserConfig,LbsConfig,OTASL,BrowserConfig,BrowserConfig,

IPPP,PROVISIONING,BBIM

 

How can I do to fix it?

1. Options > Advanced > Host Routing Table > Menu > Register.

2. With the BlackBerry device powered ON, remove the battery a few seconds and then reinsert the battery to reboot

if still nothing...
3. resend your service books from your carrier BIS site.

Call your carrier and ask them to disable your BlackBerry Data Plan, then re-enable it.

Yea i tried the steps that J posted. When i called my carrier then told me to do the same thing but nothing happened it all happed after i did a device  wiped.

i also have service book missing i have tried to advance host routing table and sent the message reboot the set it didnt work help and i have no browser settings how can i
