Sim Card Rejected

Can anyone help, my curve 9380 initially used to restart itself up to 2-3 times a day. I thought maybe it was because my sim card was too old so had it replaced. within 2 days of replacing my sim card it now tells me that the SIM CARD REJECTED and the only way to rectify it is to reboot. This can happen at least 2-3 times a day. what can i do? It has just upgraded to OS ver7.1.0 bundle 1133

This may be related to the new SIM card, have you reinserted the SIM card? Or tested a different SIM card in the BlackBerry smartphone?

Thanks for your reply. I have taken out the Sim card and put it back in again. I have not tried another sim yet.
