Sim card

This **bleep** broke my sim card. How do I repair it or get a new one and still keep my number?

Re: Sim card

You don't repair a SIM card, you just get a SIM card swap at your local Tmobile store.

Not a problem.

Re: Sim card

Re: Sim card

I don't know about TmobileUK, in the USA they don't charge for a SIM swap.

Re: Sim card

Yep.

Have you actually asked for a SIM card swap?

Re: Sim card

Swapping SIM cards is simple and costs will vary with the country and carrier.  Breaking the SIM card holder is much more expensive to fix.
