I just upgraded to the latest version on my curve 9380 and now it does not allow me to sync. It's always something with these BB's. I'm really unhappy with BB in general...phones, apps, even support site. Is there anyone else having this problem about not being able to sync after upgrade, or is there anyone that can help me...

Software tells me phone is "not connected" even though it's plugged into comp with USB. So, I am not able to sync at all, not the calendars, not the contacts, nothing. This happened the first time I tried syncing phone right after new Desktop software upgrade. Please help. Thanks for your prompt response.

It starts with a process for cleanly starting over, and there is some discussion, and there is also a post (15) with links to older Desktop Software versions, if those are needed. Note that this is not, by any means, guaranteed to work...but it has worked for many to resolve issues they are having.
