When you say wifi calling I assume you mean BBM calling? I believe a version to support OS5 and 6 is coming soon.

For Hotspot, I can't comment but you may be able to find an app in app world to do this.

FM radio - this is not a software feature but a hardware feature.

To put it another way, would you expect Microsoft to automatically upgrade you to Windows 7 from Windows XP with no charge?

No, they only release updates to fix issues with XP.

As I previously said, if there is a particular app you want, why not contact the developer and ask if they are releasing a version to support your phone. From my understanding it is not hard to update an app for OS7 to run on OS5 but I do stand to be corrected.

Blackberry have wrong thinking that their phone n apps are world best thats the reason why sales of BB going down day by day, the reason apple was sucees because of their Apps but now a days marke is Andorid.

I doubt very much RIM think their phones are the worlds best. It entirely depends on the user and their needs. For me personally a blackberry fits my needs, but then again I don't seem to have a need to install lots of apps for various things. 

If you are someone who enjoys all the latest apps etc if may be worth doing what you have mentioned and looking at an android based phone.

Scroll to the Media panel and press the Menu key > Explore.

Navigate to where the device memory pictures are located

Scroll to one image (don't open it) and press the Menu key > Move
