Hi !
Is it possible to upload or reload software throgh my laptop ?If yes , please help how to go about.

You mean you want to Reload your Device Software ? If it is then refer to this Knowledge Base :

It may be a Desktop Computer or a laptop , but all is BlackBerry Desktop Software for Window or Mac , if your laptop is running on windows then go through the above KB to reload your device OS .you can download the recent desktop software from here if you don't have BlackBerry desktop software .

 

So you can do it on your laptop.
