You'll have to take that to the Verizon store for repair or replacement. If you've done a battery pull and still can't see anything on the screen, support options are quite limited. When you did the battery pull, do you at least get the blackberry logo on the screen? I'd take it to the store regardless though.

No, I don't even get the Verizon or Blackberry logo. 
Will Verizon help? I asked them on the phone about the adapter part of the phone, as the adapter is lose when plugged in and I have to pretty much always lean or prop the phone a certain way for it to charge properly, and they told me it was a Blackberry issue. So I am wondering if they will truly be able to help that's why I came here first? Guess it is worth a try. Anything is worth a try. Just hoping I don't have to replace my phone, it's only a year old.

its definitely a hardware issue and verizon will have to address it. I wish they would have told you to bring it in since you can't see anything on the screen. The device is working from what you describe, just no display.
