My brother has put a jack into the headphone jack outlet and im not sure what happend, but after he did that,my speaker stopped working and headphones wont work either. When i call someone they can here me but i cant here them,then when i hang up,my screen goes white,then restarts. Im not sure if he has blown the speaker or punctured through something after he put in the jack. Help please . This is a Blackberry 9300. Will i have to replace the speaker?

I to admit the white screen is odd to me this case. However the situation with headphone jack, I've heard of cases where dirt causes the same when receiving/ making calls. The trick here was to clean out the jack.

If that fails take your headphones jack pin and slot in and out a few times, this has been known to fix the problem. Could be your brother had locked the jack input in the sense it "thinks" there's a headphone connected.

Try shining a torch in there check its condition.

Also always try a battery pull.
